About Helio
The creative process begins with digitally sculpting the ring to achieve a design rich with details. The model is then brought to life using 3D printing with wax. The wax model serves as a prototype for casting the ring in sterling silver. Once the wax melts away, it leaves a hollow mold filled with molten silver. After cooling down, the solid silver ring is obtained. To reproduce the ring, a silicone mold is crafted from the original piece, allowing for multiple copies to be made. This transformative technique showcases the seamless transition from a digital design to a tangible and wearable creation.

Le processus de création débute par la sculpture numérique de la bague, permettant ainsi d'obtenir un design minutieusement détaillé. Ensuite, le modèle prend vie grâce à l'impression 3D en utilisant de la cire. Le modèle en cire joue le rôle de prototype pour la coulée de la bague en argent sterling. Une fois la cire fondue, un moule creux se forme et est rempli d'argent fondu. Après avoir refroidi, la bague en argent massif est obtenue. Pour reproduire la bague, un moule en silicone est réalisé à partir de la pièce originale, permettant ainsi de créer plusieurs copies. Cette technique de transformation met en valeur la transition d'un design numérique à une création tangible et pouvant être portée.
